TaxDome How To: E-sign Documents on Web

To sign a document through TaxDome is painless! Just go into TaxDome, go to your documents section, and find your “waiting for action” documents. All you have to do is select your desired document, review the content, and sign. There will be an indication of how many fields you need to fill out, it will also give you an option of whether you’d like to draw or type your signature.

To make the E-signing even easier, you can select the option of “insert everywhere” to eliminate the tedious task of signing numerous times. Once done just hit “finish” and your signing task is complete.

After signing your first document, when you open another to sign if you click the area that needs a signature your information will automatically fill in the space.

If you need to change your signature all you need to do is open your signature and hit clear, and either type or draw your new signature.
